How do you send the pieces?

Lia B pieces are very delicate and we get special attention to the packaging as we love a nice gifting wrap. So, any piece came with a secure and nice linen cotton bag perfect for storage and gifting or a beautiful gift box. Adding a safely packed in a bubble wrap at the end, to make sure everything will arrive perfectly.

Do you accept returns?

I hope you love the items you purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can drop me an email to info@liabstudio.com or via contact form on the main page and I will be happy to solve your problem.

Please read item description and measurements carefully. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Send us a convo if you have any questions or concerns. Communication is the key!

How do I care for my jewellery?

All the Lia B pieces are nickel and lead free. I strive to use high-quality, natural, sustainable materials. The jewellery is mainly made from gold plated brass with a coat of Renaissance wax to make them more protective and longer-lasting.

Taking good care of your brass and jewellery will keep it shinier, longer. Wearing it often tends to keep it looking its best but here’s what to do when you must part with it momentarily:

  1. Never shower with your brass jewellery on! Water, especially city water, can be harsh on metals. This goes for swimming too!
    2. Put your jewellery on after you apply lotions, perfume, make-up and other beauty products. The chemicals in these products can react with the metals, potentially changing their colour and finish.
    3. Avoid storing your brass jewellery in the bathroom. Remember, brass + humidity = tarnish.
    4. When you aren’t wearing your piece often, store it in the linen cotton bag provided or plastic, air-tight bag, separately from your other jewellery.
    5. LOVE your jewellery! When you’re buying quality, handmade pieces, take special care of them. Treat them with respect. And if you ever have questions about your piece, email me.
What forms of payment do you accept?

In Lia B we love simplicity. That's the reason why we have chosen Stripe as paying gateway, the most fast and secure platform of the world, that simplifies in a flash all the network transactions.

You can pay with your credit and debit card, and it could be Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or American Express.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, all your data is transmitted encrypted through a safe connection protocol, SSL, which includes complex cryptographic formulas that enable to connect your browser with our web safely.


SHIPPING AND RETURN

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped in 1-3 business days to your address (please specify if you wish your items shipped to a different address). 

We currently ship items via Correos. The shipping rate listed for each item is covering the material used for packaging and postage, which does not include tracking or insurance (unless specified) to save your cost. However, if you would like to track your order or add insurance, we are happy to do it for you at addition cost -- just send an email before purchasing so that we can quote and adjust the shipping rates.

​Average delivery times:

Spain : 2 – 3 days
Europe: 5 - 7 working days.
Rest of the world 10 - 20 working days

​If you live outside Europe, please be patient - it may take up to 30 working days until you get your parcel, though usually it's much faster than that.

​*If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days since shipment - please contact me, I´ll  help you sort it out. Before that date I can not claim a package lost and therefore can not negotiate a refund. 

* Please understand I do my best to ship your items in time, but I can not guarantee an exact delivery date. I have no control over customs and your local postal services.
